The central theme of this profile of Han Ji-hye is rounded cheeks and gentle brows. We examine the visible contours and placement of the features in seven steps, starting with the overall face shape and ending with how its lines and surfaces fit together.

Step 1: Face Shape — The Outline of the Cheeks and Jaw

It is oval shaped from the round width of the cheeks to the small tip of the chin.

Even within the large oval frame, the width of the cheekbones and chin are not the same. If you follow the speed from the widest part of the face down to the tip of the chin, you can see changes in the outline that are not revealed by length alone.

Step 2: Forehead — Between the Hairline and Brows

With a side parting, one side of the forehead is wide open and the other side is covered by hair.

You should look at the shape of the exposed part of the forehead and the hair on both sides. Since the parting and bangs are the lines that divide the upper margin, there is no need to immediately interpret the asymmetry seen in the photo as asymmetry of the forehead itself.

Step 3: Eyes — Eyelid Curves and Horizontal Length

The horizontal length of the eyes is revealed, and the line of the upper eyelid is gentle.

The shape of the eye can be better revealed by dividing it into the horizontal length and vertical opening. The curve of the upper eyelid, the lower border, and the area that tapers to the corner of the eye combine to form a single outline.

Step 4: Eyebrows — The Lines Above the Eyes

The eyebrows extend relatively straight and fall gently at the ends.

The low eyebrows can be compared side by side with the horizontal line of the eyes. Looking at where the eyebrows start and end and how thin they become at the ends reveals the relationship between the two overlapping lines at the top.

Step 5: Nose — The Central Line and Depth

The bridge of the nose is thin and the tip is round.

The long bridge of the nose creates a central line that extends from between the eyes to above the lips. Comparing the narrow width of the bridge of the nose and the rounded surface of the tip, the parts that appear as lines and the parts that appear as surfaces can be distinguished within the same nose.

Step 6: Mouth and Chin — Expression and the Lower Face

Lips and Mouth Corners

Both ends of the closed mouth are raised, and the rounded side of the lower lip is visible.

Jawline and Chin

The jawline gently narrows, leaving a small curve at the tip of the chin.

In a closed mouth, the curve in the center of the upper lip and the curved surface of the lower lip can be examined separately. Comparing the horizontal width of the lips to the width of the tip of the chin reveals how small lines and large outlines are placed within the lower face.

Step 7: Overall Balance — Rounded Cheeks and Gentle Brows

Han Ji-hye's round cheeks slowly lead to a small chin. Relatively straight eyebrows and raised corners of the mouth are placed within it, and the curves on the outside of the face and low horizontal lines on the inside appear together.

Han Ji-hye's Facial Features at a Glance

  • Eyes: The horizontal length of the eyes is revealed, and the line of the upper eyelid is gentle.
